Edit independent legal MDX pages for privacy, terms, and community guidelines.
The legal module renders Privacy, Terms, and Behavior (community guidelines) from MDX. Edit the files directly. There is no page-visibility matrix and no custom-legal overlay.

Fast Edit Path
Edit content/legal/{privacy,terms,behavior}.{en,zh}.mdx.
Keep frontmatter title. Do not add another # H1 in the body.
For a derivative, update footer labels only in packages/i18n/src/translations/{en,zh}/mvp.json.

Remove the link from SwitchFooter and AuthFooter. Delete the MDX pair if the URL should also go away.
